Trustee member communication

The Trustees of the Momentum FundsAtWork Umbrella Pension and Provident Funds (the Funds) have an obligation to communicate to the members of the Funds on a regular basis. The purpose of the trustee communication is to keep the members informed and to educate them on their benefits and membership of the Funds.

The communication to the participating employers informing them of the project will consist of the following documents:

• Participating employer cover letter explaining the logistics of the project
• Trustee newsletter for participating employers
• SARS mandatory fields requirements
• SARS mandatory data iPad competition for participating employers
• Advisory body contact details request form

• Member cover letter
• Beneficiary and dependant nomination form
• Personal detail update form
• Trustee newsletter for members
